myplant two® Dental Implants

The concept of a two-phase titanium implant with special expansion thread and self-locking cone as abutment connection was developed by Prof. Dr. med. dent. Nentwig and Dr. Ing. Moser 30 years ago and brought to clinical maturity. High primary stability, minimum construction height, a micro-movement-free and bacteria-proof implant-abutment connection as well as a deep platform switching soon proved to be a superior combination in terms of achievable bone and soft-tissue stability, thereby ensuring exceptional long-term success.

With the myplant two implant system, Prof. Nentwig and Dr. Moser have further advanced and optimised this concept, which has been documented over decades, and adapted it to the criteria of modern, future-oriented implant therapy.

The key advantages of the myplant two® implants are:

Beyond Teeth Whitening

beyond-polusThe Beyond Polus system is the latest in whitening technology from BEYOND featuring Lightbright© technology, giving you a dazzling withe smile which can last up to 2 years in just one 45 minute treatment.

Beyond Polus is one of the best laser treatment products on the market. If you have outwardly visible and tough stains from food, drinks or cigarettes, then Beyond Polus is particularly effective. Even if you have fluoride or age related stains, Beyond Polus will bring your teeth back to as naturally white as they can be.

Teeth whitening is a safe, painless and quick treatment that gives outstanding results. Your smile is the first impression you give to the world, so a clean, bright and sparkling smile can make a big difference when meeting new people.

Beyond Polus is safer than other whitening treatments because it uses a beam of high intensity blue light rather then the heat lamp commonly used by other whitening treatments. Any harmful ultra violet (UV) light is completely removed by the 12,000 strong optical fibre filtering system, leaving only a focused beam of cold light to whiten your teeth.
The cold light permeates deep into your teeth, causing oxidation (removal of top layer stains and discoloring) without any harmful side effects.

CAD/CAM Digital Dentistry

The CAD/CAM Digital Dentistry system New Technologies are making today’s modern dentistry more convenient, less time consuming, and more patient-friendly. The CAD/CAM Digital Dentistry system represents the future of dentistry using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM). Roomchang uses impression materials for accuracy and speed. CAD/CAM enables dentists to use hand-held scanning technology to obtain digital 3D impressions from a traditional study model. digital prosthetic dentistry This method is fast, accurate, and creates a beautiful result. Traditional impressions are important for accuracy of a patient’s bite. This is especially important in full mouth reconstructions. The CAD/CAM incorporates highly intuitive Design software that dental professionals use to design the patient’s crown or veneer. Then, after the design of the restorations is complete, a metal-free, natural-looking material is placed in a milling unit where high-speed, state-of-the-art instrumentation creates a precision crown or veneer that will fit the patient exactly. Lumineers veneers are much less invasive, and don’t require extensive drilling, shots or unsightly acrylic temporaries.

Invisalign

Invisalign is a nearly invisible replacement treatment for traditional retainers enabling you to straighten your teeth and achieve the smile you’ve always dreamed of. Using advanced 3D computer-imaging technology, Invisalign plans out your complete treatment, from the initial position of your teeth to the final desired position. A series of clear aligners are custom-made for your teeth – and your teeth only – to move them little by little. Each aligner is worn for about two weeks before being replaced by the next in the series, gradually moving towards the projected final position.

Revolutionary Technology

Dentists or orthodontists have, in the past, successfully used removable appliances for years. But with 3D computer technology and personlaised customisation, the Invisalign System can be used to treat a wide range of patients who wants straighter teeth. The unique software allows patients to see their treatment plan from beginning to end even before the start of treatment.

How it works

Invisalign aligners move teeth with an appropriate placement of controlled movement on the teeth. Unlike traditional braces, Invisalign not only controls the amount of movement per aligner, but also the timing of the movement.  So at each stage, only certain teeth are allowed to move. This results in an efficient force delivery system that moves teeth into the desired prescribed position.

Advantages of Invisalign

Invisible

Invisalign aligners are nearly invisible. No one may even notice that you’re wearing these virtually invisible aligners, making Invisalign a seamless fit with your lifestyle and day-to-day interactions with others.

Removable

Invisalign aligners are not only smooth and comfortable to wear, but are also removable giving you the flexibility to eat and drink what you want during treatment by simply removing the aligners. And you can also remove the aligners to brush and floss as you normally would for fresh breath and to maintain good oral hygiene.

Less Visits

Invisalign is also ideal for your busy schedule, with fewer doctor visits required. Unlike traditional fixed braces, there are no metal brackets or wires. This means that in most cases less time is spent in your Invisalign Provider’s practice for adjustments.

See Results Before You Start

And finally, Invisalign allows you to view your virtual results and treatment plan before you even begin treatment so you can see how your teeth are expected to look when your treatment is complete

GC G-ænial Universal Flo

Roomchang uses GC G-ænial Universal Flo for composite resin fillings. Research carried out by Roomchang and by other dental institutes shows composite resin based fillings to be much safer than traditional amalgam fillings. Roomchang strongly advises against amalgam fillings and can replace existing amalgam fillings with safer composite resin material.

No Harmful Materials

Amalgam fillings, also known as silver fillings due to their appearance, contains elemental mercury and releases low levels of mercury vapor that can be inhaled. Approximately half of a dental amalgam filling is liquid mercury and the other half is a powdered alloy of silver, tin, and copper. High levels of mercury vapor exposure are associated with adverse effects in the brain and the kidneys, and studies have shown that amalgam adversely affects healthy adjacent tissue.

Composite resins, also called “white fillings”, are a mixture of plastic and glass which contain no harmful materials, and studies have shown that the wear resistance and strength of composite resins is comparable to heavy metal based fillings.

Flowable composite resins are a further development of resin which offer superior bonding and coverage. Thick liquids which are layered onto the cavity and heat treated with special light to cure the resin, GC G-ænial flo resin fillings offers superior bonding and involves no removal of healthy tooth enamel which often occurs to hold metal fillings in place. Advancements in dental technology mean flowable resins now offer the same or better longitivity and durability as traditional metal fillings.

G-ænial reflects light in a manner similar to enamel and take on a very high gloss when polished, giving it a more natural look than other composites.
