Dr. Tith Hong Yoeu is the Founder and Director of the Roomchang Dental Hospital, and the Head of Oral Surgery and Implantology.

Dr. Tith graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Health Sciences, Cambodia in 2005.

He was awarded the prestigious Certificate in Oral Implantology in 2003 and Master of Science in Oral Implantology in 2015. Both awards were gained from the Goethe-Frankfurt University, Germany.

Dr. Tith is the successful pioneer of a one-step approach in autogenous bone augmentation and implantation using a bone ring technique. This revolutionary technique is used in implant placement and full mouth restorative procedures. It allows numerous surgeries which typically took months or sometimes years to complete, to be done in just one appointment.

During his 23 years in private practice, Dr. Tith has regularly attended – and continues to attend – dental training programs, seminars and conferences all over the world. Dr. Heng Kyhak joined Roomchang Dental Hospital in 2002. He has received training in Endodontics, Prosthodontics and Restorative Surgery in Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland and Germany.

Specializing in oral reconstructions and oral surgery, Dr. Kyhak enjoys helping patients whose smiles have been devastated by missing or seriously decayed teeth. “I can make their smile complete,” he says, pointing out that unattended broken or damaged teeth can lead to other problems in the mouth.

Dr. Kyhak points to Roomchang’s commitment to provide training for all staff as one of its most important assets. “We provide ongoing training to keep current with the best practices,” he said. A quiet and humble professional, Dr. Kyhak’s calm demeanor is extremely popular among patients.

Dr. Chav Bunhean has been with Roomchang since 2004. Before, he worked in another private dental clinic in Phnom Penh for three years. He graduated as Doctor of Dental Science from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Health Sciences in 2000, and additionally a Diploma in Periodontology in 2004.

Later, he received a certificate in Implantology in 2008 from Malaysia. Moreover, in 2016, he obtained a Master of Science in Oral Implantology from the Goethe Frankfurt University, Germany and became Ankylos System Oral Implantology professor in Cambodia. He focuses on Periodontal Disease Treatment, Dental Implantology, and Full Mouth Rehabilitation because he is happy to see the patients back to healthy lives and smiles.

Dr. Bunhay joined Roomchang in 2006. He graduated from the University of Health Sciences in 2000 and since then, has received extensive additional training in Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam & Thailand.

Dr. Loung Lov has had completed his educations in dental schools as below:

1. He received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 1995 from the University of Health Sciences in Phnom Penh.

2. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2009 from the University of Health Sciences in Phnom Penh.

3. He received his Certificate of Oral Implantology (COI), conducted by the University of Frankfurt, Germany, in conjunction with the University Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2010.

4. He received his certificate of Master of Science in Oral Implantology (M.Sc), from the University of Frankfurt, Germany in 2020.

Dr. Loung Lov has attended many training courses in different subjects at overseas. He was also the first Cambodian dentist to train in Oral Appliance for the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea.

Dr. Loung Lov is from Siem Reap. He joined Roomchang in 2008. He enjoys practicing advanced dentistry with the Roomchang’s team and utilizing the latest technology in dentistry.

Dr. Kong Pheakdey completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at University of Health Sciences in December 2006.

Starting his dental career as early as 2007, he worked with three dental clinics prior to joining Roomchang. He has attended various local and international training seminars “CDA conference (Phnom Penh)”. He has obtained a certificate of Oral Implantology (COI) in Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany. In 2017, He is a candidate of Master of Oral Implantology in Goethe University, Frankfurt, Germany.

Dr. Ke Chenda completed his Bachelor of Dental Sciences in 2009 and Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2011 at University of Health Sciences. To increase his skills and expertise, Dr. Chenda has attended several training seminars both locally and internationally. In 2013, he received certificate of Basic Orthodontic Training for General Practitioners from College of General Dental Practitioners Singapore. In 2015, he completed training course of Implantology. Now, he is pursuing Master of Science in Oral Implantology at Goethe University Frankfurt in Germany.

In addition, he has been involved in various charitable missions by providing dental treatment to people in the countryside. At Roomchang Dental Hospital he provides General Dentistry, Implantology and Cosmetic Dentistry services.

Dr. Ob Samon has been a cornerstone of Roomchang Dental Hospital since its inception in 1996, having partnered with Dr. Tith Hong Yoeu to create what has become Cambodia’s premier dental practice. She attended dental school in Phnom Penh and has received extensive training in Malaysia, Switzerland, Thailand and Australia, bringing a truly international flavor to the dental services offered at Roomchang.

Dr. Samon is a general practitioner at Roomchang, areas of practice are General Dentistry & Prosthodontics. She exudes a quiet confidence that comes with experience, and she takes enormous pride in the quality of the staff and services provided at Roomchang.

Dr. Sann Sidaravitou started his dental career by working and volunteering on dental and educational projects by various NGOs, specifically with Global Health Outreach.

Dr. Vitou finished his degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2011 at International University in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He works as a General Practitioner.

Dr. Ho Viseth is a dual degree holder, having graduated with a Bachelor of English Literature from the University of Cambodia, then in 2012 graduated from the University of Health Sciences as a Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Like all Roomchang dentists, Dr. Viseth is very active in extending and keeping his knowledge of dental practices up to date, and has attended extensive overseas training programs, and is a regular participant in both national & international workshops and seminars. He also volunteers in dental mission campaigns conducted by NGO’s, such as GAINS from Australia, MATCH from the Philippines and One-2-One. Dr. Viseth currently works as a General Practitioner with Roomchang.

Dr. Peung Kimsreang started his career in the dental industry while he was a student, having been involved with a number of charitable organizations in Cambodia on their dental and medical missions. He attained his Doctorate Degree in Dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry, International University, Phnom Penh in 2011. Under the guidance of lecturers from Australia and New Zealand, Dr. Kimsreang completed his Master Degree in Endodontics from the Faculty of Dentistry, International University, Phnom Penh in 2017.

Dr. Kimsreang joined Roomchang in 2012 and is one of the resident dentists and Endodontist at the Rose Garden branch. He is also a lecturer at the Faculties of Dentistry at the University of Puthisastra and International University. Dr. Kimsreang regularly attends local and international conferences to ensure that he is providing the best up-to-date care for his patients. In 2018, he was appointed President of the Cambodia Society of Endodontology and is a member of the Cambodian Dental Association.

Recently, Dr. Kimsreang was a guest judge at CDAMEX 2019, and one of the key speakers at the 2019 APDSA Cambodia Conference “The Peak of Dentistry”.

Dr. Sochea joined Roomchang as a General Practitioner in September 2013. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2011 at the International University, Phnom Penh. After graduating, Dr. Sochea spent over three years volunteering with the leading dental charity in Cambodia, One-2-One (Cambodia).

He also worked extensively with the international medical and dental NGO, and Global Health Outreach. He regularly attends local and international dental conferences and workshops, and enjoys ongoing learning as part of his personal mission to provide the best quality healthcare both to Roomchang’s patients and the underserved in his homeland.

Dr. Thearum completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery at International University, Phnom Penh, Cambodia in 2011.

From 2011 to 2014 he worked in a private clinic as well as donating his time to charity work helping Cambodia’s vulnerable communities through NGO and church dental projects. He also completed an Implant training course.

In 2014 Dr. Thearum joined ROOMCHANG and he is now a valued member of the team. His current focus is General Dentistry.

Dr. Sophea graduated Bachelor of Science Dentistry in 2013 and Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2015 from International University in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Since 2011 he has volunteered with several NGOs to help poor communities in many regions throughout Cambodia. Like other dentists at Roomchang, he improves his clinical education by attending local and international training seminars and conferences.

Dr. Phallyka completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the International University, Cambodia. She was an honor student and was selected for an exchange program at the University of Malaya, Malaysia.

She has worked with One-2-One organization at Happy Clinic and other volunteer dental teams to provide treatment for underprivileged people before joining Roomchang as clinical fellowship.

Dr. Phallyka is an enthusiast in learning and updating knowledge. She has joined various local and international conferences in order to keep track of the innovative world of Dentistry. In addition, she has competed in many scientific research competitions. Her main focus is general Dentistry.

Dr. Dara Narith completed his Diploma of Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Health and Science in 2017. To increase his skill and experience, he has attended both local and international conferences including the FDI Annual World Dental Congress 2015 in Thailand.

He launched his career by working in one private clinic for 2 years and doing a fellowship at the Roomchang Dental Hospital for 2 years.

Pursuing dual degrees in higher education, Dr.Khun Kolkosal completed his Bachelor of Education at the Institute of Foreign Languages and his degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Health Sciences in 2014 and 2018. Since his time as an undergraduate, Dr. Kosal has engaged in various dental community projects which enabled him to different parts of the country to provide free dental health care to Cambodian people.

One such project was Project Angkor in which Dr. Kosal has volunteered since 2015 as the dental student team leader, along together with both local and international dentists, to provide oral health care to the underprivileged.

In 2016, he was given the opportunity to attend a Short-term Exchange Program at the Faculty of Dentistry of Hiroshima University in Japan, and also presented his research at the IDCMR Congress in Malaysia.

Dr. Kosal believes in the concept of lifelong learning and therefore continues to attend many local and international workshops and dental conferences, in order to extend his knowledge, as well as to keep up with current research and technologies in the field of dentistry.

Dr. Lao Channvattey is honored to be part of Roomchang which is the leading Dental Hospital in Cambodia. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Health Sciences. In addition, she earned her Bachelor of International Relations from Pannasastra University. She is dedicated to giving patients full confidence in their smiles.

Dr. Vattey attended the University of Health Sciences on a full scholarship and was twice recognized by the Minister of Health and Education for her outstanding performance. In 2014, she won a travel award to present her academic research on dental patient demographics and treatment at Tokyo Medical and Dental University. She is also dedicated to serving the underprivileged and participates in numerous dental missions to the provinces.

Dr. Sok Sereypiseth graduated with a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) at IU (International University) in 2018. He had participated in volunteer work in the community between 2014 and 2016, at NGO dental clinic as well as providing dental treatment at prison with the one-2-one organization.

As a student, he had an opportunity to attend an international exchange program at Malaysia in 2013. He joined the Roomchang Dental hospital in 2016 and has continued to develop his knowledge and skills since then.

Dr. Sereypiseth is committed to improving his knowledge and skills in dentistry by joining both local and international conferences and workshop on a regular basis.

Dr. Meng Hang graduated Bachelor of Science Dentistry in 2016 and Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2019 from the University of Health Sciences.

As a student, he volunteered to work in dental missions including the Project Angkor mission, and Taiwan mission. These groups provided free dental treatment and education to people in the rural areas. He has launched his career by working in private dental clinic for 5 years and later did a fellowship at the Roomchang Dental Hospital in 2018.

In addition he has attended a Professional Implant Training Course conducted by Asst Prof.Sok Chea at the University of Puthisastra, Cambodia. In 2017 he flew to Seoul , South Korea to attend a Basic Implant Course by Dr.Kim Chong Hwa.

Dr. Seun Rathanak is a dual degree holder, having graduated with a Bachelor of International Economics from the Institute of Foreign Languages in 2016, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Health Sciences in 2019.

During his time as an undergraduate, he had volunteered with various local and international volunteer dental teams to provide free dental treatment to the people across the country.

Dr. Rathanak is honored to be part of Roomchang Dental Hospital having joined the team as a clinical fellowship in 2017.

Being dedicated to providing patients good quality dentistry, Dr. Rathanak always keeps learning and updating his knowledge and skills. Also, he regularly attends local and international conferences and lectures in order to keep track of the latest findings in dentistry.

Dr. Haing Sivmeng completed his Bachelor of Dental Sciences (BDSc) in 2017 at Hiroshima University, Japan, and Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2019 at University of Health Sciences, Cambodia. Also he was awarded a certificate of Advanced Dental Implant Training by Dentium Company in 2018.

Clinically during his DDS period, Dr. Sivmeng devoted time at Khmer-Soviet Hospital for his surgical training, and worked at Happy Clinic of One-2-One organization as a volunteer dentist in order to treat underprivileged people especially cleft and pediatric patients. Dr. Sivmeng has engaged in many international dental community projects in Cambodia. He believes this beneficence would improve oral health care situation in Cambodia.

Indeed, Dr. Sivmeng is an Editor of Cambodian Dental Journal (CDJ), an official journal of Cambodian Dental Association (CDA). Also he is a member of International Association of Dental Research (IADR), and Oral and Maxillofacial Pathobiology Department in Hiroshima University. Recently he was awarded the IADR research grant for his cancer research in Cambodia. Previously, he published several papers related to novel oral cancer drug development in the international journals.

Currently, Dr. Sivmeng works as a general dentist in Roomchang Dental Hospital. He is interested in oral pathology, aesthetic and implant dentistry, and tissue regeneration. Confidently, he is committed to offer professional dental care for patients.

Dr. Preksa has completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Health Sciences in 2012. At the same year he went on a short-term exchange program to Hiroshima University. In 2015 he has completed his Doctoral of Dental Surgery at the University of Health Sciences. Later, he continued his study at Tokyo Medical and Dental University in 2015. He has completed his PhD degree in 2020. Besides dentistry, he also graduated from the Institute of Foreign Languages, majoring in Education./p>

At the university he had assisted various dental implant teams from oversea. Furthermore, he had also provided oral health education and dental treatment to people through school missions and other organizations such as Pour Un Sourire D’enfant and Organization of International Support for Dental Education. Before continuing his study abroad, he had also trained at a private dental clinic and participated in several courses to broaden his experience and skills.

Dr. Mao Chhyeng
Dr. Chhy Eng received his Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) from Hiroshima University, Japan, in 2020. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Health Science in 2022. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences.
Since 2014, Dr. Chhy Eng has actively participated in dental missions with a Singaporean volunteer team, offering free dental treatment to individuals throughout Cambodia. He was a highly accomplished student and received a scholarship to pursue his Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery in Japan. During his academic studies, he was a scientific research student in Calcified Tissue Biology Department at Hiroshima University. He also completed internships at the Maxillofacial and Dentistry Department of Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital and Preah Ang Duong Hospital, gaining valuable experience in dentistry. Since 2022, he has been a fellowship at Roomchang Dental Hospital.

Dr. Neak Pheakdey

Dr. Neak Pheakdey became a member of the Private Dental Hospital as a General Practitioner. He used to take part in many volunteer works, including Mission to many provinces in Cambodia to provide dental treatment to those in need. With determination, commitment and the will to improve, he continues to expand his knowledge and skills by attending seminars and conferences on the most recent advances in his field, as well as lecturing on a regular basis.

Dr. Our Liheng completed his doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Health Science with full scholarship by Ministry of Health.

Dr. Phat Borey
graduated Bachelor of Science Dentistry in 2020 and Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2022 from the University of Health Sciences. One of his greatest experiences was to volunteer to work in dental missions “The Project Taiwan Mission”. These groups provided free dental treatment and education to people in the rural areas. He has always strived to become one of the outstanding students during his academic years and his enthusiasm in keeping his knowledge and skill-up is undeniable,

Dr. Phat Borey had worked as the internship in Khmer-Soviet Hospital and later completed his Clinical Fellowship at ROOMCHANG Dental Hospital. Graduated, he took pride in such a strong relationship with his patients and colleague. He has one personal mission of making this world a better place, One Confident Smile at a Time. Dr. Samith Amara is a graduate with Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Puthisastra University in 2020. In addition, she had participated in various health improvement programs for the underprivileged people with local and international organizations including One-2-One Organization and Australia Health Humanitarian Aid (AHHA).

During her time as an undergraduate, Dr. Amara had volunteered as a trainee to further her dental skills and to seek for more experiences at her home university and other places.

Dr. Tak Sovanpagna completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Health Sciences in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

Dr. Sovanpagna has worked with One-2-One Organization at Happy Clinic. She has also joined other volunteer teams to provide treatment to underprivileged adults and children. Her internship at the Khmer-Soviet Friendship Hospital has proven her to be passionate and enthusiastic in dentistry. Following this, she later completed her Clinical Fellowship at ROOMCHANG Dental Hospital.

As a contribution to the public, Dr. Sovanpagna is also an active member of Cambodia Dental Journal. Along with other associates, she is currently working on the forth coming journal that will be launched in the near future.

Dr. Thiv Samora completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2019 at University of Health Science in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She currently works as a General Practitioner.

During her time as an undergraduate, Dr. Samora had volunteered with various local and international volunteer dental teams to provide free dental treatment including PSE organization, Project Angkor and Bretagne Solidarite Cambodge. Moreover, Dr. Samora had attended an exchange program in abroad at Mahidol University of Thailand.

A graduate of the University of Health Science in Phnom Penh, Dr. Phit Veasna has been associated with Roomchang since 2004. She served on the faculty of Mahidol University, Bangkok through an exchange program and has received additional training in the United States in progressive orthodontics. She has also attended training programs in Malaysia (aesthetics), Switzerland (restorative), Europe and advance training in orthodontic treatment in Singapore.

Moreover, in 2019, she obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Specialized Orthodontics at International Medical College Univeritat Duisburg-Essen Germany. Dr. Veasna’s practice focuses on orthodontics and she appreciates the fact that Roomchang provides its patients with good quality and a sound diagnostic and treatment plan to ensure the best quality outcome for each and every patient.

Dr. Cheam Ratha obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at International University, Cambodia in 2010. In order to maintain and expand her knowledge of current dental practice, Dr. Ratha regularly attends both local and international conferences and courses.

She has completed orthodontics courses with the US-based Progressive Orthodontics Seminar (POS) group and the Asia Pacific Dental Federation. She believes that Roomchang Dental Hospital offers patients a high quality service, with the latest diagnostic and treatment facilities, in order to achieve the best outcome for every patient. Dr. Khoy Polin has extensive experience in the dental industry. She started her career in 2009 and has worked mostly with dental clinics. She completed her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2011 at International University, Cambodia. Dr. Samith Chanvuthy has completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Science and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Health Sciences, Phnom Penh. He has received additional training in the Progressive Orthodontics Seminar (POS) program.

To further his dental skills, he regularly attends local and international seminars. He launched his dental career by working with NGO’s for several years.

Dr. Vuthy currently works as a General Practitioner and also provides Orthodontic treatment at Roomchang (Rose Condo Branch).

Dr. Callum has been a member of the Roomchang staff since 2007. He was a former consultant in pediatric dentistry at the Auckland Hospital, a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Dentistry in New Zealand, and a Regional Principal Dental Officer for the School Dental Service in New Zealand.

Dr. Callum has trained in several countries including New Zealand, Australia and the United States. Currently, He is the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry at the University of Puthisastra. As a specialist in Pediatric Dentistry he provides the full range of pediatric dental services to children up to the age of 18 years.

At Roomchang He is very happy to be working alongside some of Cambodia’s top dental clinicians. He is also the Dental Director of the NGO One-2-One Cambodia.

Dr. Yos Chantho graduated in 2011 from International University (IU) in Cambodia with a Doctor of Dental Surgery. In 2015 he completed his Master of Science in Pediatric Dentistry at Mahidol University, Thailand. He has received additional training in the Progressive Orthodontics Seminar (POS) program from the USA.

From 2011 to 2013 he was Dental Coordinator for One-2-One Cambodia, a non-profit organization helping to provide dental services to those in need.

Dr. Chantho is President of Cambodian Association of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the International Association of Pediatric Dentistry (IAPD).

Dr. Yue Weng Cheu B.D.S., F.R.A.C.D.S., M.J.D.F. R.C.S.Eng, F.I.C.D.

Dr. Yue Weng Cheu completed his BDS degree at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He was awarded the Pierre Fauchard Academy Foundation Annual Scholarship Award and was the President of the Dental Society whilst at NUS.

In the past, Dr. Yue was elected Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, Fellow of the International College of Dentists and Fellow of International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He obtained his Certificate of Oral Implantology from Frankfurt University (Germany). He is a Member of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons (England) and an ISCD-Certified International CEREC Trainer. He served as the Chairman of the Continuing Education Committee of the College of General Dental Practitioners (Singapore) 2009-2011.

Dr. Yue has lectured and conducted hands-on courses in Clinical Digital Photography, Implant Dentistry, CAD-CAM and Laser Dentistry.

Dr. Yue is the Clinical Director of DP Dental (Singapore). His practice focuses on integrated utilization of advanced dental technology such as laser, CAD-CAM, cone beam imaging and computerized jaw tracking device to enhance diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes for his patients. He has presented on the subject of “Laser Application in Implant Dentistry” and “Laser Application in Everyday Dental Practice” at the CGDP-SCJD Asian Symposium on Advanced General Practice. In the last Quintessence Meeting in Singapore he shared his expertise on ‘Integrating Advanced Technology into Everyday Practice.”

He is Visiting Specialist, in partnership with Roomchang for TMD patients.

Prof. Dr. Georg-Hubertus Nentwig – DMD, Dr Med Dent, PhD

After completing his undergraduate degree at University of Cologne (Germany) in 1977 and doctorate in 1978, Dr Nentwig has held a variety of leading positions, including Assistant at the Clinic for Maxillofacial Surgery (University of Munich, Germany), Professor of Oral Surgery (University of Munich), Head & Chairman of the Department of Oral Surgery (Goethe University, Germany) and Fellow at the Royal College of Surgeons (London, United Kingdom).

Dr. Nentwig is the Founder and Co-Director of the Masters of Oral Implantology (MOI) program at Goethe University. He also holds an Honorary Doctorate at NITTE-University (Mangalore India).

Dr. Nentwig serves as Clinical Advisor at Roomchang.
