1st Conference – Roomchang Excellence in Dentistry

Roomchang Dental Hospital held its inaugural annual Dental Conference on the weekend of the 12th and 13th of December at the Cambodiana Hotel. The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Tith Hong Yoeu, Roomchang’s hospital director.
The “Roomchang Excellence in Dentistry” conference covered some of the latest clinical techniques and procedures in various specialties to the 150 attendees. The latest technology in sterilization equipment, digital crown designing technology and surgical equipment were also shown. The conference emphasized the importance of ongoing education and training of all hospital staffs both clinical and support.
Roomchang doctors and staff regularly train overseas and they took this opportunity to share that knowledge with other Cambodian attending dentists and dental students.
Established in 1996 Roomchang has become a leader in the field of dentistry in Cambodia. This is the 20th year of operations for the Hospital which is now the largest group practice in Cambodia and also one of the largest in the region.
From humble beginnings Roomchang now has 31 doctors in all specialties of dentistry. Their facilities include 48 treatment rooms, 4 operating theaters and 5 sterilization rooms. These state-of-the-art facilities draw patients and dentists alike from around the world making Cambodia an international dental destination.
