Orthodontic 2.0
This is a 22 year old female patient who had a cross bite (fig. 3).
Orthodontic treatment was recommended to correct her occlusion. Three molar teeth were also removed #18, 38 and 48. The molars were removed to improve functionality and oral hygiene, while also contributing to the overall aesthetic outcome of the treatment including the patient’s final profile (fig. 1, and 2).

Teeth #34 and 44 were removed to create space of the realignment of the teeth. The metal brackets were placed for a two year period (fig. 4).
The final result can be seen in the (fig. 5). The patient is very happy with her new smile and her new profile.
