Permanent Tooth Replacement

Dental Implants

Dental implants are currently the best treatment option for a lost tooth — an artificial root surgically placed into the jawbone to permanently secure a replacement tooth, bridge, or denture. When you lose teeth, you lose a vital part of yourself. Implants give that back.

myplant two® Dental Implants

We use the myplant two® implant system — featuring a special expansion thread and self-locking cone abutment connection, designed for long-term tissue stability and bone preservation.

About the myplant two® System

The myplant two® system is built on a concept pioneered by Prof. Dr. med. dent. Nentwig and Dr. Ing. Moser over 30 years ago — a two-phase titanium implant with a special expansion thread and a self-locking cone as the abutment connection. Brought to clinical maturity over decades of documented use, it has since been further advanced and optimised by its originators for modern, future-oriented implant therapy.

There are many implant systems, and quality varies widely. Cheaper implants often fail to fuse properly with the bone, and any micro-movement between the implant and the bone can lead to bone loss and gum recession over time. This is why Roomchang uses only myplant two® — engineered specifically to eliminate micro-movement and protect your long-term bone and tissue health.

Key Advantages of myplant two®

The design combines several features that together deliver superior bone and soft-tissue stability — and exceptional long-term success.

High Primary Stability

The special expansion thread grips the bone firmly from the moment of placement, supporting predictable healing.

Minimal Construction Height

A low-profile connection preserves more of your natural bone and tissue around the implant.

Micro-Movement-Free

The self-locking cone connection eliminates the tiny movements between implant and abutment that cause bone loss in lesser systems.

Bacteria-Proof Seal

A tight, sealed implant-abutment connection keeps bacteria out, protecting the surrounding gum and bone.

Deep Platform Switching

Shifts the implant-abutment junction inward to maximise soft-tissue support and long-term aesthetics.

Proven Long-Term Success

Decades of documented clinical outcomes confirm exceptional stability and durability over time.

Implant Diameters

myplant two® implants come in three diameters, colour-coded so the right size is matched to each tooth position.

Available Sizes & Lengths

Each diameter comes in five lengths (6.6–14 mm). The implant name combines the diameter letter (A/M/B) with the length in millimetres.

The 3 Components of an Implant

Every dental implant is made up of three distinct parts that work together.

1

Implant

A small titanium screw surgically inserted into the jawbone. Titanium is bio-compatible and fuses directly to bone through osseointegration, providing a permanent, stable anchor.

2

Abutment

Screwed in once the implant fuses with bone. A ceramic or titanium component that ensures a secure fit between the implant and the crown. Healing time ranges from immediate loading to 2–4 months.

3

Crown

The visible part — a ceramic or metal-ceramic prosthetic tooth bonded to the abutment. Options include all-ceramic E-Max, porcelain fused to metal, or zirconium.

Patient Requirements

Dental implants require healthy bone structure and healthy gums. A full examination, consultation, and X-rays (including 3D CBCT where needed) will determine your suitability. Our specialists will discuss any preparatory work — such as bone grafting or treatment of gum disease — that may be needed first.

What to Expect

The full implant procedure is typically completed over two trips, across four appointments.

01

1st Visit

Check-up, consultation, and X-rays. Implant placed immediately if tissue is healthy.

02

2nd Visit

Suture removal 10 days post-op. Minimum 6 weeks osseointegration period.

03

3rd Visit

Impression taken for the crown fabrication.

04

4th Visit
