CAD/CAM Digital Dentistry
Computer-aided design and manufacturing allows Roomchang to digitally design and fabricate crowns, bridges, and prosthetics in-house with sub-millimetre precision. This reduces turnaround time and eliminates traditional impression errors.

- In-house digital fabrication unit
- Precision fit for crowns, bridges, and veneers

Digital Scanning
CAD/CAM — Computer-Aided Design and Computer-Aided Manufacturing — allows Roomchang to digitally design and mill crowns, bridges, veneers, and prosthetics entirely in-house. A hand-held intraoral scanner captures a precise 3D digital impression of your teeth, which is then used to design the restoration on screen before being milled from a ceramic block to sub-millimetre precision.
This eliminates the need for messy traditional impressions, removes the delay of sending work to an external lab, and produces restorations with a more consistent, accurate fit.

3D Printing Lab
Roomchang operates a dedicated 3D printing lab for surgical guides, dental models, and orthodontic appliances. Our Formlabs and Liquid Crystal OPUS printers produce highly detailed, biocompatible prints used for treatment planning and patient-specific prosthetics.

Digital Design
Every restoration is designed digitally using Exocad — an advanced dental CAD platform. Our technicians design crowns, bridges, and veneers on screen with sub-millimetre precision before sending the file to the milling unit or 3D printer.

Precision Milling
Our Ceramill Multi milling unit fabricates crowns, bridges, and veneers from solid ceramic and zirconia blocks with sub-millimetre accuracy. Every restoration is designed digitally and milled in-house — no external lab required.
What CAD/CAM Makes Possible
Sub-Millimetre Precision
Digital design and high-speed milling produces restorations that fit more accurately than traditional lab-made work.
Metal-Free Materials
All-ceramic and zirconia materials are used — strong, biocompatible, and indistinguishable from natural teeth.
Full Digital Records
Every digital scan and design file is stored as part of your patient record for future reference or replacement.
In-House Digital Laboratory
Roomchang operates a full in-house CAD/CAM lab with digital scanners, design workstations, milling units, and 3D printers. This means faster turnaround, tighter quality control, and no reliance on external laboratories for standard restorations.
